About the Role
We're looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to lead day-to-day helpdesk operations and mentor junior support staff across our Managed IT client base. You'll be the escalation point for issues our L1 team can't resolve, and a key voice in how we improve our support processes.
What We're Looking For
- •4+ years in an IT support or helpdesk role, ideally in an MSP or multi-client environment
- •Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and common networking issues
- •Comfortable working SLA-bound tickets with defined response times
- •Clear written communication for client-facing ticket updates
- •Prior experience mentoring or leading a small support team is a plus
